Taxi Licensing Bulletin 21 November 2024
We’re pleased to announce a new update to our online customer portal allowing new and renewal applications to be completed.
If you do not already have an account, you will need to REGISTER your customer account using the attached instructions.
Once you are logged into the system, you will be able to apply for a new or renewal licence (drivers, operators, vehicles) online.
The online application system has been extensively tested and is straightforward to use as well as being available 24/7.
However if you do encounter any issues please contact us in the usual way via email at taxi.licensing@manchester.gov.uk
