Dear Licence Holder
Please note due to ongoing Council systems maintenance work there will be no access to our web forms or online payments on Saturday 20th April 2024. It is expected that these will be back online on Sunday 21st April.
Please also accept our apologies for the issues experienced yesterday with vehicle bookings. The data load from one system to another did not work as planned. Please note that retest bookings were dealt with and officers worked throughout the night on Wednesday and all day yesterday to rectify the issues and bookings are being taken today. These system changes are out of the hands of the Licensing Unit and officers are working very hard to minimise the impact on our customers so please bear with staff when they are trying their best to assist you.
