KILDARE COURT: Man refused to pay taxi fare and told garda to 'f... off, arrest me'

A man refused to pay a taxi driver and verbally abused a garda after the driver took him to Naas garda station.
Before Naas District Court was Modestas Kubilius, 3, whose address was given as Fr McVerry Homeless Shelter, Kerdiffstown, Naas.
He was prosecuted for refusing to pay the fare at McDonalds, Monread Road, Naas as well as possession of a blade and breaching the Public Order Act on December 16, 2022.
