This is what happens when LONDON allows electric bikes to speed over 20 mph. The cyclist hit the rear of the vehicle and was catapulted into the rear passenger area ..BOTH CYCLIST AND PASSENGER ended up in AN AMBULANCE. When is London going to wake up to the carnage on its roads
