A Crewe taxi company 'growing every day' has relocated to a 'fantastic' larger facility - offering customers the chance to relax inside and meet staff.
My Cab, Nantwich Road, officially relocated to its new office on Saturday 13 May - adjacent to Passage to India.
The Crewe taxi company was launched by owner, Mohammed Miah, 38, in March 2020 - just one week before the first Covid-19 lockdown hit.
"I've always thought this building would make an ideal taxi office - it's a dream come true in that respect," said Mr Miah.
My Cab employs five office staff and 17 drivers - as well as the work from Mr Miah and manager, Sarah Winchester.
The private hire service relocated from smaller premises on Nantwich Road into a new facility - offering a waiting area for customers.
Mr Miah told Nub News: "My driving career started off at Westside and I also worked for Abbey Taxis in Crewe.
"It cost a fortune to start-up My Cab. I've held it down and three years on My Cab is still here and doing well.
"We are growing every day. It's always about providing a good customer service and we always do our best."
"Our other office was good, this the new one is much better. It feels fantastic to be here.
"It's the best move we could have possibly made, the staff love it and I love it."
Mr Miah's driving career started off at Westside Taxis - also working for Abbey Taxis in Crewe.
The owner said: "Crewe is my home, it always has been. I have been to school, college and university here - I wouldn't change it for the world."
