The annual West Lothian Special Needs Children’s Taxi Outing is back and ready to put smiles on the faces of hundreds of local youngsters.
The event takes place on Monday, May 1 starting at the Livingston football Stadium and finishing at Livingston Rugby Club.
The parade features the Royal Artillery reserves and Royal Military Police Reserves will take the children by taxi from the football stadium at 11am and arrive at the Rugby club at 12pm, where there will be food and other fun activities laid on for everybody who is involved on the day.
Organiser Eddie Millar said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the children and parents to our annual event and we are looking forward to a fun day.
“I would like to thank Police Scotland motor cyclists for making sure the parade goes well and safely and I would like to thank Livingston Football Club for allowing us to start our parade there, Livingston Rugby club for hosting the event, The Royal Artillery reserves and Royal Military Police Reserves for their kind support and laying on some of the activities for the children.
