A young Wokingham woman has launched a High Court claim through her father for more than £200,000 against a local taxi driver who crashed his cab while she and her boyfriend were in it.
Holly Avery, had to be cut out of the Ford Galaxy taxi which was driven by Abid Mehmood, also of Wokingham, after it hit a kerb and bollards before colliding with a street lamp and rolling over, according to a writ issued at the court in London and just made publicly available.
