There seems to be several anomalies that exist between your posting of the new fees and those which have been published.
You state that the cost of licensing a new HC to be £357 whereas the published price is one of £428 . Which one is correct?
The published price states that a cab over 7 years old requiring three tests a year costs £430 and ones under 7years old requiring two tests a year cost £371. Now that makes sense. In the published costs in also includes a category that the cost to licence a HC of less than two years old ( but not a new one) attracts a cost of £489 , £69 more than one requiring three tests a year . Might it be a printing error ?
The published cost of a DBS is £82 . I always thought the cost was £44 for a report that lasts three years but have they added the £13/year that you have to pay for the DBS to be checked annually, but then that adds up to £83 and not £82.
I'm confused both with the anomalies that have been posted and published and exactly how they have arrived at the costs.

1st section is off the licensing page from the council website and the 2nd obviously is the publication in the newspaper.


Is it the website that as not caught up with the newspaper publication or vice versa or licensing don't know what they are doing ?
