A Scouser an a Manc walking down the beach find a magic lamp. They give it a rub, and out pops an all powerful genie,

The genie grants them 1 wish each. The Scouser says can you build a 50ft high, 50 ft thick wall around Liverpool to keep them thieving robbing Mancs out?
Pooof its done.
So the Manc asks is there any windows or doors in the wall. No says the proud genie, its 50ft tall and 50ft thick no one can get in or out.
Right says the Manc, fill the f****ng thing with water.
