Hi All



I have asked for a broadcast to be sent tomorrow to all our taxi and PH licence holders to please complete the online survey if possible.



I know some may find it challenging but I am hoping that with your support and the support of family and friends that we can get more licensees to complete the survey.



I received some figures from Aecom today and they show that only 10% of our licensees have completed the survey but many other GM boroughs have managed to get between 15-20% of their licensees to complete the survey.



I know that 10% of our fleet is still a higher number that 20% of some other fleets, but proportionately they are still achieving a higher return and I want to ensure that the MCC licence holders voices are heard loudly and proportionately in this – so anything you can please do to assist would be appreciated.



The survey closes on Monday 2nd June.
