Dear All,
The City Council has received a complaint from Transport for Greater Manchester, regarding metro shuttle buses having difficulty accessing St Marys Gate due to hackney carriages over ranking.
It is important that adequate access is maintained at all times and therefore once again we ask hackney carriage drivers not to over rank vehicles
