Page 2 of the LTDA Magazine written by Stuart Pessok Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks is an essential part of the fight to ensure the safety of the public travelling in taxis and private hire and should not have its value undermined by having such examination of future licence applications reduced to a basic CRB check. I beg Secretary of State Theresa May MP, to rethink her plans and maintain the high standard of London’s taxi drivers by retaining the present mandatory enhanced CRB check for all new licence applications. This "REID" fella on page 2 sounds a nice bloke, I would not be suprised if he was really attractive and probably intelligent in a quite unassuming way. Not the sort of bloke to blow his own trumpet.

I can understand why you would think that way. I know a bloke called Reid who is young slim and good looking. He is also very intelligent, he has a brother who drives a cab who isn't quite as smart, and who has been overdoing the pies a lot recently. I think that you will find that the man in the article is called Ian Reid. a nice bloke but a bit forgetfull when it comes to lending out geneology books.
